Summary:
- The Workforce Manager will provide proactive, solutions-oriented support for the entire management and workforce management teams and continuous improvement of workforce processes, policies and procedures.
Our client is a leading health maintenance organisation (HMO) that offers medical insurance and healthcare plans for individuals and families.
As Workforce Manager s/he will develop partnerships with other internal groups and business units to improve speed of issues resolutions and to recommend product improvements.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- This role will responsible for managing staff plans across multiple offices / clinics
- Will be working hand in hand with the different units of the business to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the staff plans of the planners in the team.
- Responsible for ensuring regular touch base/ meetings are set up with stakeholders to discuss staff plans, assumptions and performance
Competitive package
You will possess:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- A background in the healthcare or insurance industry will be a good advantage
- Must have experience leading a small to midsize team
