Summary:
- The Workforce Management Head will lead the Asia Pacific team and will be responsible for forecasting, scheduling, staffing and workforce planning.
Our client is a global omnichannel contact center solutions company which offers tailored fit solutions Technical Support, Customer Care, E-commerce and Retail, RMA Management, B2B/B2C Sales and Sales Support.
As Workforce Management Head s/he will ensure that high-quality service is being provided to clients in different avenues including outbound, and managing the performance and development of our workforce.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Work with senior management and global teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Utilize Calabrio Teleopti WFM software to manage and track custom schedules, budgeting, business collaboration, demand forecasting, HR operations, and more.
- Prepare and present reports and insights on workforce performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will possess:
- Must have a degree in business, operations, or related field.
- Posses a 10 years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a global or regional role
- Must have mastery in Calabrio Teleopti WFM software or similar tools.
