A global financial software company specializing in investment management solutions is hiring for a Software Implementation Consultant to join their exciting team in Brisbane.
Equipped with good technical background, the Implementation Consultant will play a critical role from in implementation and support of financial solutions - customizing solutions for global clients based on their business needs, assisting the sales teams by providing implementation expertise through presales activities (presentations, proof of concepts etc.), managing configuration of new modules and features, client integrations and leading training & workshops for clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 8-10 years of experience and track record in software development and implementation within the financial services industry
- Background in developing financial software/applications for investment banking or asset management companies is highly preferred
- Knowledge in all aspects of software life cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development, testing and implementation
- Previous hands-on software development/coding experience using either Java, C, C++, Python technologies
- Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with senior stakeholders/c-levels
