Our client, a leading player in the fintech, banking, and lending industries, driving growth and success with their credit risk solutions is looking for a high-caliber Sales Manager/Director in the Philippines. With a focus on innovation and excellence, they are seeking talented individuals to join their team and contribute to their continued success in providing cutting-edge solutions to financial institutions.


This role will drive the expansion of the business in the region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing these to closure, and building a robust pipeline to support year-on-year growth and meet revenue targets.

You will be involved in activities such as:

  • Identifying and targeting financial institutions within the fintech, banking, and lending sectors as potential clients for their flagship product.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with a focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted financial institutions, understanding their specific needs and challenges, and proposing customized data solutions.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of industry trends and our product offerings, effectively communicating the value and applications of our alternative data solutions.

Competitive package and benefits

You will possess:

  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience in fintech, banking, or lending acquisition, particularly within Credit, Data, or eKYC.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech and banking industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding targets.
